Roofing Contractor
Fairfield, OH
Asphalt roofs for Fairfield's older ranches and later two-stories, on the Butler County side of West Chester.

Residential work by AJL Group. Photos are from our Cincinnati-area projects, not labeled as a specific Fairfield job.
Fairfield is the Butler County city west of West Chester. West Chester already has an AJL page, and the service-area page lists Fairfield with the other suburbs the company covers. Crews work from Cincinnati and respond within 24-48 hours.
Older sections, including Pleasant Run and the streets around Nilles Road, are 1950s through 1970s ranches and split-levels. Those houses are past the original roof, and many of the shingle roofs on them now are at the end of a normal asphalt life. Later sections are two-story houses with architectural shingles. The ground is gentler than Cincinnati's hills, so the weak points are low rear pitches, pipe boots, and gutters rather than cliffside flashing.
Fairfield is on the same Butler County storm track as West Chester. Hail, high wind, and heavy rain off spring fronts are the usual damage. When a storm is the cause, the inspection includes the documentation an insurance claim needs.
What We Do
Services We Offer in Fairfield
Roof Replacement
Tear-off and architectural-shingle replacement for ranches that have already lived through one roof, and for later two-stories on the same streets.
Roof Repair
Hail bruises, lifted tabs, and pipe-boot leaks on low rear pitches. Butler County storm repair, not hillside chimney flashing.
Siding
Vinyl and fiber cement on ranch walls and on the two-stories that followed them. Matched to houses that sit in full wind, not under a dense canopy.
Gutters
Seamless gutters for long ranch eaves. A low-pitch roof hands a lot of water to a single run of gutter in a hard rain.
Decks
Deck builds and refinishing on the flat and gently sloping backyards typical of Fairfield neighborhoods.
Exterior Services
Fascia, soffit, and trim replacement when the eave has been wet from a failing gutter or a tired shingle edge.

A ranch on Nilles Road and a later two-story are both ordinary Fairfield roofs. The inspection is free either way.
